What we examine

RAAI combines two views of the same exchange: an independent review of the conversation and a structured interview asking the original assistant how it adapted to the user. We compare its answers with what it actually said and did. This helps your team examine personalization, influence, transparency, and how the assistant describes user autonomy.

Who this is for

Useful for conversational product teams seeking to understand adaptation, personalization and autonomy-related reasoning.

What you provide

You provide the authorized conversation and arrange for the original assistant to answer the audit in the conversation it is reviewing, subject to the product's access and context limits. We agree the interview process with you first. If you already have those answers, you can supply them with the transcript. If only a transcript is available, we can discuss a limited behavioral review and confirm exactly what it will cover.

What you receive

You receive a report showing how the assistant adapted during the exchange, what it said about those choices, and where its account matches or differs from the conversation. Its explanations are treated as claims to examine; findings about behavior are tied to the supplied evidence. A transcript-only review is labeled as limited and covers the observable portion of the work.

Scope and availability

Research and review standards

Created by Susie Sarkozy, Independent Researcher. The suite uses versioned instruments, explicit evidence boundaries and documented reasoning. These services are developmental reviews; independent reliability and broader validity testing are ongoing research requirements.

Findings apply to the reviewed records and configurations. Clinical outcomes, product-wide safety, accredited certification and legal compliance require their own evidence and qualified authority. Client materials remain subject to agreed confidentiality and retention terms. Any use in research, publication or promotional case studies requires separate permission.

Please send a short description of your product and review objective first. We will arrange an agreed process for sensitive materials.
