Contact and newsletter forms
When you use the contact form, your name, email address and message are emailed to us so we can respond. The website also displays an email newsletter signup form. Its Hostinger Reach mailing connection is not currently active.
Purchases and accounts
The shop uses WooCommerce to manage purchases and customer accounts. The order, contact, billing and delivery information you provide is used to administer your purchase and supply the product or service. Guest checkout is available, and you can register through My Account.
Payment information is processed through the payment service you select at checkout. Configured payment options include WooPayments, PayPal, Stripe and Square. Availability can vary by purchase and payment method. These services process information under their own privacy policies.
Personalized adult publications
Personalized-guide questionnaires request information such as your name, checkout email, order number, birth date, birth time and birthplace. Depending on the guide, they also request pronouns, relationship context, professional goals, résumé text or a résumé file. This information is used to verify the order and prepare and deliver the requested publication. The Design of Us requires you to confirm permission to provide the other person's birth information.
The generation system uses external calculation and AI services. Birthplace is sent to Open-Meteo to determine coordinates and time zone. Birth date and time are sent to Human Design Hub for chart calculations. Where astrology calculations are used, birth date, time and coordinates are sent to Prokerala.
OpenAI receives relevant questionnaire information and chart-derived information to generate adult books and guides. Depending on the product, this includes names, pronouns, birth details, relationship context and goals, or résumé text, roles, accomplishments, education and skills. The information sent varies by guide. Some generation requests use OpenAI's stored-response feature; they are not configured as zero-storage requests.
Questionnaire responses, generation records and generated publications are stored on the website. Publications are delivered by email attachment or download link, depending on the product. The Book of Me download link is set to expire after 14 days. Link expiry does not delete the underlying file or questionnaire records.
Personalized Wanderlings books
For personalized Wanderlings books, the child's first name supplied by the purchaser is saved with the order and inserted into the book using templates on this website. This generation process does not send that name to an AI service. The generated PDF is stored on the website, and an order-specific download link is emailed to the purchaser's billing email address.
Appointments
Booking details and the contact information you provide are used to arrange and manage your appointment through the website's Amelia booking system. Customer self-service profile deletion is not currently enabled; please contact us with requests about your booking information.
Conversation-review services
For the Quick Conversation Checkup, purchase instructions ask you to email your order number and a brief description of your review objective. The service requests an authorized, de-identified customer-and-bot conversation and relevant context. Do not submit personal identifiers, payment data, health information, student records or other regulated production data.
Before a conversation is processed, scope, authorization to review, consent to AI-assisted processing, submission method and delivery date are confirmed. If your material needs special privacy or security handling, contact us before purchasing. Client materials are not used in research, publication or promotional case studies without separate permission.
Analytics and cookies
This site uses Google Analytics 4 through Site Kit to measure website activity and conversions. The site is configured to insert the Analytics tag, enable enhanced measurement and plugin conversion tracking, and exclude logged-in users from this tracking. Analytics can use cookies and similar technologies. Site Kit's consent mode is not currently enabled, so this policy does not represent that Analytics waits for a visitor's consent.
You can use your browser's settings to manage or block cookies. Blocking cookies may affect website features, including shopping and account functions.
Storage and requests
WooCommerce currently has no automatic age-based deletion periods configured for account and order records. The form system's global settings retain submissions without an automatic deletion deadline. Records and generated files can remain stored unless removed; download-link expiry is not a deletion schedule.
There is no single automatic deletion process covering all website records, email copies, generated files and external service records. Information handled by external services is also subject to their practices and settings. This policy does not promise that deleting a website account automatically deletes all associated information.
