Personalized Digital Product Policy

Production begins after payment and submission of the completed questionnaire. Because the finished digital publication is created for one purchaser and cannot be resold, all sales become final once generation begins. A dislike of an interpretation, disagreement with a symbolic result, or change of mind does not qualify for a refund. If a technical failure prevents delivery, or our calculation or production process introduces an error, we will correct and regenerate the affected material at no additional charge. Corrections caused by inaccurate purchaser-submitted information may require an additional processing fee. Rights provided by applicable consumer law remain protected.

Most completed books arrive by email within 24 hours after a successful questionnaire submission. Please allow up to three business days during periods of high demand. Check the spam or promotions folder and contact Susie@SusieSarkozy.com if the email has not arrived.
